To answer your original question I'm pretty sure you can get done for no rego if you don't pay today. So as long as you don't drive the car until you pay it you should be fine

Dunno how it works in Victoria but in Perth you have 4 weeks after the due date to pay it before you get fined for driving unregistered.

I don't know how to explain this the right way, so I'll say it the simplest way I can.

I want my sig on here to have the words 'Instagram' and 'Twitter' with both providing links to my respective accounts. How do I do this?

In the editor you should be able to highlight the words then click the hyperlink option. It will pop up a box asking for the URL. Hope that makes sense.
