I have been given the option of swapping desks/offices. I would go into a main office with about 12ish people in it but would be in the same building as the staff room/kitchen/toilets etc. This would be a definite +. And it's the same building where half my classes are.

Negative: I go from an office with only 4 people (who I get along really well with and I would miss) and a nice view.

So do I stay or do I swap?

Flip a coin. If it's not the option you want you'll know how you feel about the decision.

There's a guy on my train wearing a mark knight hawks three-peat shirt.

Xtreme is that you?

I rarely use the train and that's a shirt I don't have

If I'm wearing Hawthorn gear out in public - it's a guernsey (it has to be 30+ degrees) or a polo shirt.... not the blue monstrosity polo shirt from 2015 but a BROWN Hawthorn polo :D.

Stay, more people in the office, harder to slack.

I'd stay. Proximity to facilities and lots of people < small office with good people IMO.

Might depend on how far you are from those facilities at the moment and how much time you spend at your desk actually.

It's about a 2-3 minute walk, exposed to all the weather elements. Doesn't sound like much but walking across the campus 3-5 times a day when it's pissing down rain (like today) isn't much fun. The office I'm in now also only has a kettle. No fridge. Being literally next door to the staff room ie. kitchen would be a huge positive.

Would be at my desk mainly in the morning for one hour and at the end of the day for half an hour.

Once a mobile plan is finished, what happens? Service cut off or does it automatically renew?
If the company never calls you, good chance it's an auto renew.

Chances are, you'll get a couple of 'plan upgrade' calls before it cuts off...

Depends on your preferences.

I think so. You can adjust your alerts in your profile tho- so you dont get "replies" only "quotes or tags (mentions)", whatever.

You can also hit "unwatch thread" on the top of the page so you stop getting alerts from that thread.

Option in your preferences to turn that feature on/off

no way, more people means it's easier to blend in and slack off

I've decided to stay. Just emailed her outlining my reasons.

Ello,

Having my 21st this year and it's nearing, so I've got to sort out a venue to hold my 21st at. Wondering if anyone on here knows any good places in Melbourne? Hotels etc.

Looking at about 80-100 people, any assistance would be much appreciated seeing as I am a lazy, lazy disgrace. Cheers
