Is your name Cletus??

:)

Srs- did you find anything of value at all or was it more a great experience chucking away stuff.

I didn't go foraging! I just liked hitching up our 50K trailer to Dads Porsche 4WD and throwing outdated 1 year old plasma tv's and the like off the trailer to watch them break.

Hm. Just hoping that when we move into our place (Essendon), that we will have it.

Is there a way to find out at all?
If its an existing address you can type it in on the NBN website.

Yeah I live in Cranbourne and have it and whilst I am in a moderately new area its probably not classed as new now. They have a weird way of determining who get it\.

Isn't basically going to marginal seats first?

My suburb is about 50 years behind for technology. The only internet provider who can offer anything much faster than dialup is Telstra, and they have limited ports and have had a waiting list for years. If it rains, our internet gets very touchy. The only decent phone tower nearby is also Telstra. Vodafone and Optus were going to put up a new one, but locals lobbied against it because they were afraid of radiation FFS.

But we're supposed to be getting NBN in the first quarter of 2017.

Yeah. I got some. Regular tonic is like 100 per glass. Diet is 4. Having one right now.

Love G&Ts. When I used to go out Friday nights after work I would always drink them in preference to beer or wine, found they rarely led to a hangover. Don't drink much at all these days but still have the odd one when I find myself at a pub for a drink.
