I suppose there are a few possible pathways left to making it in on 15 wins (GWS getting thumped against GC, Hawks dropping Melbourne and Brisbane) but they're incredibly unlikely, especially given how this season is playing out.

Utterly insane that 60 points almost certainly won't cut it.
