Paddy pimblett, yeah he’s the real deal he can fight and the crowd love him. Has a good record prior to joining the ufc, I expect he’ll end up in some headline fights but competition is stiff at that weight.

Has some Connor McGregor swagger about him, talks the talk and walks the walk at this stage so I’m a fan. He’s a bloody smart fighter as well, landed a couple of good elbows and a great short knee to the head when leavitt should have had a hand down. Then won the grappling contest where leavitt wanted to take the fight, locking up his arm was another brilliant move and ultimately finished the fight, well deserved $50,000 bonus as well.

I think the only issue with Paddy is he keeps his chin up way too high, if he can't reel that in it could be a problem for him. Also his drastic weight gain and cuts are going to hurt him later in his career if he doesn't keep at least relatively fit between fights.

UFC has done Nate dirty putting him in there with Khamzat. Really shit from the UFC to honour a legend like that by pairing him with a guy who will probably fight Usman next. Khamzat will demolish him but I'm like you, I hope Nate gets up...it would be hilarious, better than the spanner Masvidal threw in the works when he knocked out Till lol

Went to see Gorillaz last night. Should have been cancelled because it was too loud and they played music, may have offended someone.

Don't go to many gigs anymore of that scale as I am in my 60's but both my wife and I agree it was so worth it just because of the energy of the place being completely fully, every seat of the arena (John Cain) taken and standing room packed from the stage to the mixing board. Makes you feel alive.

Moonchild Sanelly, a South African rapper dancer was the support (she also sings her Gorillaz collaboration during the main set from Song Machine, one of my favourite Gorillaz songs) she was an awesome support.

Albarn is always good and surrounds himself with high class muso's and rappers for most of the interludes in a Gorillaz song. Have loved them since their first album, only missing Plastic Beach album from my collection.

That's awesome. Yeah it would definitely be a special one to see... hopefully not too long until we get another chance.

I've loved them since their start as well - mostly because as a kid I loved the animated music videos haha. Much the same as Daft Punk's Discovery - strange how my music tastes have been influenced by appealing video clips haha.

Plastic Beach came out while I was at Uni and I played the hell out of it. One of those albums that takes me back to a specific place in time.

This is the only shot I got of Albarn. Guy dresses like an unmade bed. Had a puffer vest on took it off and had a tee and trackies on, with a beanie.
