Well I can honestly say my first day out of lockdown has been interesting. Drinks arranged this arvo with mates so was really looking forward to it. Went to work today to do a love job at a mates house. Pruning for 3 hours. Just as I was about to finish I decided to prune the tip of my little finger off. Now stuck in holmesglen hospital and having an operation at 6pm because it went through the bone. To say Im pissed off would be an understatement. Next time I’m employing mowman to do the job.

Anyway, the point of my story is to warn you that even though your finger will most likely be fine, there is a big chance you'll turn into a mean spirited turbo bitch.

The small town i grew up in had a butcher. Proper one that used to do everything.
He was a great butcher but must have been a slow learner.
I think he had around 4 missing.
He'd be handling cold meat , then cutting it with the band saw.
After handling the meat for a while the fingers would be numb.
Apparently he didn't even feel it.

Our first day was having ten people over daughter with baby, two nieces with newborns and a bro and sister in law. Have been in my office doubled over with nausea after having something dodgey just before they came over.

I agree but the 3 pubs near me aren’t opening yet. I’m regretting it now. Operation was supposed to be at 5 and I haven’t even got a bed yet.

Yep all good. Out of hospital 30 minutes ago. Can’t work 2 weeks but they said 4 weeks when my gall bladder was taken out. Worked after 4 days so I’d say Monday with one and half hands. Might stay off the hedge trimmer for a week though

Don't lose your finger Plugger. Even if you wear gloves it isn't the best thing for it. It will get infected. See if you can get a mate to do a week for you of something.

No it will be fine. It’s well wrapped up. All I will be doing is whippersnipping mowing and blowing the grass Give all the other stuff a miss for a week. Grass is growing way to much to have a week off. And need beer and betting money.

It's been a bit of a mess. Costa wanted to keep changing the weight category because he couldn't make 185. It got moved around a few times and they've finally decided on light heavyweight because Costa continuously couldn't make the weight. Pretty unprofessional stuff. They've agreed Vettori take 20% of Costa's purse because of it too. Think Costa gets KO'd pretty quick. If he can't make weight in multiple categories I doubt he cares enough to train to the required level for victory. I think it was changed from 185 to 190, then 195, then 198, now 205 haha.

Vice City was where it was at when it came out. Loved everything about that game, the setting the music and the characters were just spot on. I'll never ever forget the moment I entered the car at the start of the game only for Billie Jean to start blasting out of the stereo. San Andreas was technically the better game, but Vice City was the perfect blend of everything.
I can't remember if I beat GTA 3, I got the GTA double pack on Xbox when it finally came out on a non Playstation console. I had a friend at school who had GTA 3 and I was asking him all sorts of dumb questions about the game, and I presumed he was lying. Things like "Can you take an ambulance with someone in it and drive it into water and dive out of the car while it's moving" and he'd tell me you could. Sounded too good to be true, lol.

I can't wait to revisit GTA 3 with the control scheme of GTA 5, that is a very welcome change.

This'll be a fun trip down memory lane.

Will be the only game that's stopped me playing Bannerlord. Even Diablo II: Resurrected hasn't pulled me away for longer than a weekend.
