With his title, my first thought went to General Hux, given the admin can curtail his aspirations quick smart and all.

My understanding is that there were a few problems following an automatic software update and that the site is having to be rebuilt.

No idea how long that will take.

As I've built a few websites before, depends what got borked in it and if there's a backup to restore. If there is, easy, if there's not, have fun rebuilding databases dating back X years until next restore point finding the one 1 that should be a 0 since it's always a bastard...

There's a reason I work in tech support with tools and not IT any more, tools are easier to fix.
