2 heaped tablespoons, add milk, stir muchly, then add around 8 more tablespoons, stir again spilling it everywhere and then top off with a little sprinkle

Everyone drinks milo ffs

Then inhale it and cough shit up the cupboards that won't come off without and angle grinder.

Can vouch for that. Been at those for 25 years

Peppermint Aero is elite if you have a small amount and then tips the balance over to shit very quickly if you eat too much.

The name was derived from the famous ancient athlete Milo of Croton, after his legendary strength.

What about akta-vite
Activite was like the s**t your parents would disappoint you with when the supermarket sold out of Milo. That s**t was like sprinkles and wouldn't melt. Milo was awful too but it seemed good at the time.
Nah Akta-vite is better especially on ice cream. Well idk used to like it. But no maltiness just chocolate kind of medicine chemical taste.

Sad huh
Recently ive been trying to change my perspective on food, how i eat when i eat etc etc...it's tough, we are fully conditioned and addicted to some total garbage
Food is meant to be fuel only

But fmd peppermint aero is damn good
I do like the food as fuel thing but I also love a cheat day… and occasionally a cheat week.

A mate who knows I'm minimal coffee sent me this one today

Michael Pollan's books are fantastic btw

Why is caffeine a drug when its just taken as a component of food. ( Coffee/Tea )?
Surely different from extracting it and adding it in high concentration in pills or energy drinks.
When does something stop becoming a food and becoming a drug?

There's a clear pharmacological definition of a drug, which from what I understand is something like "has distinct psychological or physiological effects on the body and contains no nutritional value".

He’s a legend, but I won’t be giving up caffeine personally.
Too many benefits (I did have to laugh when he spoke of Golden Ages, productivity etc 😂).
Almost certainly beneficial for heart health, and likely neurodegenerative diseases too. Non-caffeine components of coffee and their effects on neurodegenerative diseases
Have made an effort to stop after lunch for sleep purposes, however.
Like anything, just don’t let the substance control you.

Have you tried Yerba Maté?

Yeah my wife is huge into yerba mate, has special cups and spoons and shit for it, I quite like it. I do green tea some days and coffee only maybe once a week, feels like I avoid dependence.

Coffee contains a number of useful nutrients, including riboflavin (vitamin B2), niacin (vitamin B3), magnesium, potassium, and various phenolic compounds, or antioxidants.

So if you take the caffeine out of coffee and put it in a pill its a drug.
If you drink coffee its a food.

Yeah it's a food that contains a drug. Coffee isn't the drug, caffeine is. Just like vodka isn't the drug, alcohol is.

It has a bull bar. No snorkle though, it might struggle in the gutter crossings when making the trek from the street to the driveway.
No doors
That’s a bit risky in Mount Isa.
Would definitely come out of the shop to find a Grogan on the seat coiled up like a big brown snake.
