Don't think so. When the cops were wrestling him it looked like he didn't have enough hair on his back.Is it George ?
Agree but it was better than that. If Pickett had kicked 8 including 5 in the last quarter it would be comparable. And won the Norm Smith.Reminded me of Pickett in the Richmond grand final debut

It's only a matter of time. Our march towards a totally androgynous society continues. There's a silly theory that the "Grey aliens" (big head, small bodies, all look the same) are just humans from the future who have evolved in a way to remove the useless things (muscles, genitalia, hair, visual differences).So... if they gave birth to a child i guess they would be labelled a parent and not as a mother?
Take her outside every hour and praise and reward her when she goes to the toilet.Awesome technique mate, nice work. We had a trainer come to our house, meet our pup and give us advice. We have 3 cats already and we don't want them to leave so we need to get on top of it early. She said that Boxers and Labs are both instinctive chasers and we shouldn't encourage that as they will chase the cats (and passing joggers during walks), but it seems a bit sad to not get them to do something that is so inate for them. Her biting us is the most important, but apart from giving her little scooby snacks when she obeys, how are we supposed to reward her?
We watched the first episode of Canine Intervention on Netflix last night and are considering going to training classes asap. Her shitting everywhere is starting to get under my skin, we were advised to shut her in a little dog park tent because "they never poo where they sleep" - well she has 3 times now and we're running out of covers for her big cushion and have to shower her each time.
Mines a pomchi too.Mine is meant to be a pomchi but he has a bit of pap in him. Classic story daughters sister in law paid a fortune for him spoilt him rotten then decided after she got pregnant that she didn’t want him. They left him home alone locked in the laundry type stuff so my daughter just grabbed him brought him for a visit and told them I solved your problem he needs to be properly cared for. He took a day or two to settle in attached himself to me and he’s a fantastic little dog. I talked to him a lot so he started talking calmed down and is a great if badly spoilt family pet. Just needs a couple of ball sessions and a walk and he’s gold. Deb at the Elwood vet says he’s the best behaved Pomchi she’s ever seen. My daughters carry him around he cuddles in to them people ask what he is and how they get him to do it.

He is a bit fat. 50% grated raw veggies, 20% cooked rice and 30% raw mince. A bit of work but worth it.Mines a pomchi too.
Very smart and has me well trained. View attachment 1303906

But I do.That's like saying your mate's kid is ugly and you know a good plastic surgeon.
Yes he is a bit tubby. He’s already on a diet and he’s lost a bit.He is a bit fat. 50% grated raw veggies, 20% cooked rice and 30% raw mince. A bit of work but worth it.
There's a special place in hell for those who let their dog contribute wiry hair to their sleeping quarters.Yes he is a bit tubby. He’s already on a diet and he’s lost a bit.
Monitoring.
My current situation begs to differ.Intermittent fasting works better than keto in my experience
My current situation begs to differ.
Always intermittent fasted, but would still smash 600g of tortellini or similar daily. Cutting out carbs has allowed me to reverse insulin resistance and drop about 15kg in 3 months. Just gotta make sure you avoid all synthetics (vegetable oil, aspartame etc) as well as get enough salt and potassium to avoid cramping/fatigue as your body adjusts to running on fat.
You'd be surprised just how much water weight comes flying out of your a-hole after the first two weeks. If you're allowed back in to the office, let your work know you're gonna have to take quite a few more dunny breaks throughout the day.![]()
Pretty much just meat and veg, but stick to fibrous vegies with minimal net carbs. Celery, spinach, cauliflower, broccoli, carrot, tomato, pumpkin, mushroom, zucchini, radish, red cabbage. You can virtually eat as much of those as you want. Just stay hydrated. If its like my work they can mind their own bloody business .
What sort of stuff do you cook with Keto, or do you generally just eat Meat and no veg?

Meat-wise, stick to fatty meat or you'll rabbit-starve (can't survive on lean meat). Lots of natural fat, like animal fat, extra virgin olive oil, butter (stay away from marg), ghee, cream, coconut milk/cream, avocado, ricotta, nuts (macadamia / almond / walnut), parmesan and other vintage type cheeses (stinkier the better).
Typically, I just make giant batches of stuff like taco meat, mornay, stroganoff, chicken vindaloo, meatball and bacon bolognaise and the like.
If you've got any sense around the kitchen, you'll be able to just throw stuff in at the right time to get the consistency you're after.
1 - 1.5kg of meat in your biggest pot with plenty of water (some meat needs searing first to avoid destroying the fibre) and fill the rest of it up with vegies to taste, add plenty of salt / pepper and other spice to taste. Simmer it down, chuck it in bowls for the fridge and you've got the next 3-4 days covered. If you need to snack in between, stick to nuts and cheese.
Alcohol-wise, cut out all beer / wine and stick to clear spirits. If you can't handle spirits neat or with water, dilute some 50% juice further. I tend to go for the pear+pine+passionfruit cause it's got only 10g per 100ml out of the bottle. Can dilute that down to 2.5 without sacrificing a lot of flavour for mixing purposes.
Yeah, the only keto-friendly beans are green beans cause the majority of their substance is in the pod and not the legume. Like potato, all other beans are full of starch. They're literally turning into sugar before you even swallow them.Probably my old fallback, "Chilli Con Carne" fits the bill, though i'd need to keep the bean count down.

Not going to 100% rule out long-term effects, but the first thing ringing alarm bells in that study is that almost 70% of the food (as mass) they gave the rats was solely cacao butter. With existing heart problems not so good.....although can in part help but at potentially a greater cost...if your heart healthy i guess its different.
"A new study out of China has found a deeply troubling connection between keto diets and heart damage, and it's enough to make you want to stay away from this weight loss method.
Keto diets have long been suspected of raising heart disease risk because side effects of eating 70 percent fat in your diet include raising cholesterol and potentially creating blockages in arteries. Ketosis is the most searched diet online because it works for quick weight loss by reducing your intake of carbs to 5 to 10 percent of total calories and eating 70 to 80 percent of your calories from fat and about 20 percent from protein, but keto safety has been questioned.
Side effects of keto diet, researchers found
Keto diets put your body into a state of ketosis, or burning fat for fuel, which releases acids called ketones into the bloodstream that are now believed to be damaging to your heart muscle. The scientists looked at the cellular impact of ketones on the heart and found that when ketones are formed, they can have a detrimental impact on your heart, causing permanent scar tissue to form, which itself hinders the heart's ability to pump blood properly.
The researchers at Fudan University in Shanghai, and Sichuan University in Chengdu, were seeking to find out of going keto might benefit the immune system. Instead, they found disturbing evidence that it could lead to atrial fibrillation or irregular heartbeat due to the scarring that occurs when the body is in ketosis. Their research "has suggested that elevated [ketone levels] is linked with poorer cardiac health, alongside various other concerning correlations between ketosis and mortality," according to an article in the online medical journal ifl science

If you are at risk of heart failure from obesity, researchers have found, a keto diet may help you lose weight quickly and lower the immediate threat, but researchers now ask, at what cost?

That's like assuming that the 70% fat is all bacon fat or all olive oil. Nobody consumes solely one type of fat, particularly cacao butter. You'd have to drink litres of the stuff every week.
Besides, 6 rats over 4 months is hardly the strongest sample size.
Again, not claiming it's 'deboonked', but this is a proponent of keto breaking down the materials used in that same study:
I've seen previous research that suggests that "Olive Oil" is good for the heart.
