Yeah something wrong with her, the papers have sniffed out some of her background and other info and she isn't all there, from how it looks anyway. She's advertised her OnlyFans account since it happened, at least making use of her 15 minutes. She was also rambling about there being more of her type in Canberra. You can have multiple *******s involved in any one situation.

Having managed to be involved or witness multiple fender benders during my life, i'm pretty happy that none of them involved any swearing at the other driver immediately after the accident. *
As for driving over the other car, that seemed to be poor car control because.....what Gringo said.
No way did she mean to ramp it up onto the other car.


( Well there was one time when i accidentally cut off this big Maori guy and he punched me in the mouth, but i'm pretty sure his wife would have given it back to him, specially after the cops came knocking asking why he was punching people and driving an unregistered vehicle. ).

Actually heading there today for a short stay. Mainly to see the Jeffrey Smart exhibition at the NGA - my favourite australian artist by miles

Agree. The National Gallery is incredible. As is the Portrait Gallery. I couldn't live there though. Had a few job opps there but couldn't do it.

Absolute nut job piece of trash, unhinged with the help of some unknown substance. I think she just misjudged her exit but this is what you have to contend with on the roads and elsewhere these days. A fine is a joke Imo, nice work whoever made that decision has just green lighted that behaviour.

Looks like she went to go around it hahaha. A very appropriate response in any situation is to drive over someones car, for sure.

Her wheel was against the back wheel of the other car, and lifted the whole vehicle and twisted it around.
No way that was her intention. In fact i think it would be pretty hard to do that if you were trying.

The ACT police department confirmed that Chantal-Jasmine Moana-Rose Fox will not be charged for vehicular assault or damaged and stolen property but she has received a small fine for “negligent driving.”

Negligent, or dangerous, driving comes with a maximum fine of AUD$3,300 and a prison sentence of 18-months for a first offense.

Stuff like negligent driving accumulates , so its obviously not something she does a lot of.
( most people would tend to run out of cars if they kept doing that crap too ).

Happened to me once, not fun at all. Not an oxygen thief like in your case at least.

You had to pay excess still? That's pretty rough, I thought identifying the at fault driver meant you weren't out of pocket but maybe that's not all insurers?

If you get the rego of a stolen car , that's not considered identifying the at fault driver.

Rarely missed a visit to the NGA when I travelled to Canberra fairly often for work. I like Canberra but I rarely get out of the Barton, Manuka, Forrest, Kingston area. My son spent 12 months going back and forth as a graduate working in Belconnen and absolutely hated it.

I went to a Jeffrey Smart exhibition at Heide about 10 years back, my wife went to work and was telling her work mates how good it was, one of the guys there told her that his mum owned about 70% of the paintings in the exhibition. I delivered something to the guy who owns Spotlight, he has a heap of them too, I reckon a couple of people must own 90% of his paintings. There is a really good huge train multiple panel one at the Art Centre too, it's down stairs in one of the bars.

In terms of people who own Jeffrey Smart paintings, I seem to remember Sam Newman has one. Seems he has taste in one area at least, or it may have just been an "investment opportunity" ?

Driving through Italy and Germany, everything looks like one of his paintings with the red and white balls on powerlines and blue arrow work signs everywhere. My wife had to tell me to stop saying it after half an hour.
