Yeah they're pretty hard to like in Succession, it's not very satirical though - most of the meetings and conversations are pretty recognisable to me.

Yeah I guess, still feel like I've met most of those people in various boardrooms and offices! The guys who are over-promoted because they know the right people, so they spend all their time playing politics and sucking up to the big dogs, zero effort focusing on the fundamentals of the business.

No, you took issue with what was such an obviously sarcastic post for what? Just to get on your high horse and show how great you are? It's funny you felt the need to address it given how clear of a joke it was, yet we don't hear a peep from you when anyone else makes comments that actually are hostile. And what a hypocrite you are when you respond in a hostile manner - calling posters stooges and now calling me a dick - hopefully you can see that at least haha. If you really care what new posters will think about hostile comments there's two things - dont single out certain people, go and call them all out. I mean actually hostile comments like yours, not obvious jokes. And two - take your own advice.

It's subtler more than overt satire but that's what makes it good. It's not the Office but the toady suck arses, conniving children and the floginess of them makes it work. It's depressingly accurate but that is kind of it's charm as well.
