I'm guessing you work in the public service ?

One of my old mates does OH&S assessments for businesses. You'd be surprised how stupid people are. He had great stories of human stupidity.

Manufacturing. If it was the Public Service there would have been a second sign stating that "no slave labour was used in the manufacture of the Billi" and if the Billi break down would I consider using an indigenous tradesman to fix the Billi.

Not really my point. I retired last year after 30 years as a Commonwealth public servant.
Those Billi tap systems are in a lot of workplaces and are an absolute gold mine for the
dudes with the property maintenance contracts due to the fact that they break down so
often. They are useless but OH&S gurus deem an electric kettle to be more dangerous.
Go figure.

I've heard that Stuart Robert is the "brains" behind this scam. His family trust prevents me confirming this.

Just booked tickets to see Louis CK in November. Chuffed. He's top 3 in my favourite comedians ever.

Tickets go on sale to the general public on Friday, but I'm part of his mailing list so got mine on presale.

He's playing Melb, Syd and Bris....Anyone here wanting to go... the presale code is LCKIZBACK.

Any backstage options??

Here's part of the email he sent out

Tickets go on sale for the general public on Friday. But you can Get tickets now with a presale code available only to people on this email list, and anyone that they share it with, and anyone really who hears about it. You just need to know the code which is LCKIZBACK

I had a very very excellent time when I played in Sydney and Melbourne years ago. And I’m really glad that I’m staying long enough to play these other places this time. And I’ve wanted to see New Zealand for years. Not because I am a corny American who says “oh my God I want to see New Zealand so bad!" My reasons for wanting to go there are very unique and subtle and interesting.

I hope you can make it to these shows, whoever you are. And I also hope that Jesus comes back and that he just lives a quiet life without anyone even knowing he’s here. I just hope he has a nice time and that he gets to do nice things. Poor Jesus.

Thank you.

These 'Untold' episodes on Netflix are fantastic.

Not even into sailing but the one that came out today about the 1983 America's Cup is great.

It's the last of four episodes they've released in 'Season 2', so if you haven't seen them check them out. Season 1 was great as well.

I think the last time Kyrgios played Khachanov he beat him in straight sets at Wimbledon. This will be a tougher task so hopefully he can do it. Incredible chance to win a Grand Slam in this tournament with Medvedev and Nadal both out.

Kyrgios can't lose if he plays ok, Khachanov's path to victory is just to keep a lot of points going and hope that Nick makes plenty of mistakes - or is injured.

Started the Sopranos again. It's been a few years.
I watched it again about 12 months ago. Such a great show
I was just talking about the Sopranos on the weekend because I made some Braciole, which was one of Tony's favourite foods.
Apparently, below is Carmela's recipe from the Soprano's Family Cookbook. I make mine a little bit differently.
It's a labour of love because they take a long time to prepare but well worth it.

Braciole

Place between 2 pieces of plastic wrap
4 thin slices boneless beef round (1 pound)
Pound gently to about 1/4 inch, or as thin as possible
Remove the top piece of plastic.

Combine
1 garlic clove, finely chopped
2 Tablespoons grated Romano cheese
2 Tablespoons flat-leaf parsley, chopped
Salt and pepper
Spread the spice/cheese mixture over the beef slices.
Cover with
4 thin slices prosciutto
Roll up each slice like a sausage and tie with a string.

In a dutch oven heat
2 Tablespoons olive oil
Add
2 garlic cloves, lightly crushed
the Braciole
Cook, turning the meat until it is browned on all sides.
Add
1 Cup dry red wine
Simmer 2 minutes.
Remove the garlic.
Add
4 Cups tomato puree
4 fresh basil leaves, torn into small pieces

Cover and simmer 2 hours, turning the meat occasionally.
If the sauce is too thick, add water.

Cook
1 pound ziti or penne
Serve the sauce over the hot pasta as a first course.
Serve the Braciole as a second course.
