You’re up against it with their pitching but it’s been a very good series so far.Are we all watching the World Series?
What's-his-face was incredible for them today. Pitched like a man possessed. You’re up against it with their pitching but it’s been a very good series so far.

You need to get some runners on base you can’t just swing for the fences, this is how the crushed the Yankees. Haha yeah it‘s a tough life when your teams are winning.What's-his-face was incredible for them today. Pitched like a man possessed.
First game where I've understood most of the terminology and stats too, enjoyed it even though we lost.
In a sick way I'm happy we lost - wouldn't know what to do with the Eagles on tomorrow and the Phillies potentially trying to win the World Series on at the same time.
I think it went to our heads after the 7-0 in game 3. Seems like it anyway lol. I'm not an expert enough to know what they are thinking...yet.You need to get some runners on base you can’t just swing for the fences, this is how the crushed the Yankees. The astros are a very good team and notorious cheats as well, like any sport you shut the crowd up by getting on top early. The ball park is smaller so that will add to the excitement, it’s amazing how often these games are decided by some unheralded guy rather than the champions. You’ve just got to get back to doing what got you there, make every at bat count, no quick innings, run up the pitch count and make them go to the pen which will impact the next game and so on.I think it went to our heads after the 7-0 in game 3. We really need to take game 5 tomorrow, hearing about how well the Astros have done not losing consecutive games all post-season or something, just can't see us winning both in Houston.
Might go for the Phillies jersey underneath the Brian Dawkins Eagles jersey, just need one of those beer drinking hats on to complete the setThe astros are a very good team and notorious cheats as well, like any sport you shut the crowd up by getting on top early. That 7 - 0 game McCullers was definitely tipping his pitches and your guys were all over it from the Harper homer until he was out of the game. He had a different position for his glove depending on the pitch he was throwing, don’t expect to see that again. I’m also wondering if the foreign substance talk got into your heads, he was checked regularly during the game just pitched well. Anyway I’ll be watching if you get a game 7 the tension is extraordinary, 1 lousy pitch, 1 error in the field etc. absolutely love it. I’ll be sitting there with my Red Sox top on hoping we open the purse strings and make some moves after the World Series is over.
Looks like she's all oversyndergaard has been hit hard this year when he’s thrown his fast ball but is a gun coming back from injury. Verlander has been an absolute stud for years but hasn’t been that great this post season. Love that blue uniform the Phillies are wearing tonight.
No it just got harder but you can still win, this was a very close game they got a couple of breaks but that’s baseball.Looks like she's all over
Thought Realmuto was going to send that one over the fence late if not for that incredible catch. No it just got harder but you can still win, this was a very close game they got a couple of breaks but that’s baseball.
Players get walked occasionally but the stats would say you’re asking for trouble. The best hitters average over 300 so now you’ve just put a guy on base who only makes it at best every third at bat. Also now the pressure is really on the pitcher, maybe the team plays some small ball, that’s where you’re just trying to get a fair hit. So many ways to advance once you have a runner on, steal second, a bunt then a sack fly and you’ve scored a run. Depending on the score and innings it might be wiser to walk Aaron judge rather than start a rally or if you’re down to the last out you’re up by 5 someone on second and first is open but it’s real situational stuff and usually based on stats.Thought Realmuto was going to send that one over the fence late if not for that incredible catch.
I've wondered why the Astros don't just let Hoskins/Schwarber/Harper walk instead of giving them a shot at hitting a home run. Obviously I'm a novice but wouldn't the percentage play be to get the hitters off the plate

by the time it gets there the defender has strolled over and marks easily.Bunt and a sack fly sounds Portuguese, I'll have to look into it.Players get walked occasionally but the stats would say you’re asking for trouble. You see why afl is so frustrating watching nfl and mlb, mistakes will cost you you’re job. In the afl it’s like organised mayhem and every second possession is a mistake. The other thing is the total lack of understanding when it comes to hang time and kicking go advantage. Players calling for the ball 80 metres away or they get a five metre break and want it kicked 50 metres to themby the time it gets there the defender has strolled over and marks easily.
A bunt is where the player usually grips the bat at both ends and tries to just dead ball in towards third to advance a runner on first. A sack fly is when you have 0 or 1 outs, a ball hit deep can advance or score a runner. The player needs to touch the base after the ball hits the fielders glove, so a player on third will hold the base when the ball goes deep and looks like being caught then head home once it hits the fielders glove. The positions are also numbered pitcher 1 etc so you’ll often here double players called by numbers. Lots to learn but it’s pretty logical easy to understand stuff not like trying to explain aflBunt and a sack fly sounds Portuguese, I'll have to look into it.
You're right about the mistakes, every time I see a kicker miss a late FG I always check in on them a couple days later to see if they've been given the arse haha. It's so cut-throat.

I just thought it was a missprint for Magic 1278 fm, if it is, 60's, 70's and 80's decades.
