And one more thing - over the last year or so I've really come to respect fighters who aren't about any bullshit. Get in there, show respect to your opponent and be gracious in victory and defeat. Give it everything and have some class.

Can't stand guys like McGregor anymore, and with that said - Poirier has quickly become probably my favourite guy in the UFC now. Guy shows up every time, doesn't need to humiliate his opponent, and has total respect if he gets beat. Guys an absolute role model and what fighters should aim to become.

Was an unbelievable day of fights, something I don't think I'll ever forget - and headlined by guys in their respective sports that are the types of fighters I enjoy. Both boxing and the UFC could learn from these guys, don't need to talk trash to sell a fight.
Spence v Crawford was actually a really good fight despite Crawford absolutely dominating. Spence was brave and busy he kept working throwing the jab going to the body. Crawford was quicker, more explosive, incredibly accurate and with a huge power advantage. If there’s such a thing as a good loss Spence had one in the context of you could see the shock and fear in his eyes when he got dropped in the second. To fight on like he did even after being put down twice more shows why he’s a champion as well.

I thought Crawford would win well but even I was a bit surprised that Spence didn’t really bother Crawford at all. I’d forget about a rematch and just move on if I advising him because barring a lucky punch or the Danny green weighted glove he’s not beating Crawford Imo.

I always thought McGregor was a clown but when he belted the old bloke in the bar that was it for me. Yeah not a fan of the I want to eat his children stuff, nice one mike 😳. I do however enjoy the Diaz brothers theatrics it’s amusing and genuine for the most part.

Thought the same, surprised at how easy Bud made it seem. Probably the best he has ever performed and on his biggest stage too.

I want to see the rematch. I'm curious now to see Spence go back to film and come back in the 2nd fight a different fighter. See if he can do it.

Fell off the McGregor wagon at the same time too. The stuff with Poirier in the cage, after he'd broken his leg, was pathetic to watch - a fighter who has come to the end of his career refusing to accept it.

I remember Anthony Smith saying that McGregor's fame and money has pushed him away from the other fighters, that he probably feels like an outsider, not part of the cool guys group anymore so is lashing out in frustration. That and the coke abuse lol

He didn’t do much wrong imo, he just doesn’t have the power to bother crawford and can’t handle Crawfords power. I thought Crawford was really maybe a little too respectful and could have finished things earlier. I’ve watched it twice now and Spence lands some decent shots to the head and body and his jab is landing, sometimes you’re just outmatched.

But they are "safe and effective"

The study found that myocardial vaccine-associated injury was “much more common than previously thought,” occurring in one out of every 35 people – around 2.8 percent. The symptoms were found to be mostly mild and transient.

yes safe and effective.

1 in 35 people had side effects
Not sure about you, but I'd want to be in an extremely high risk group to be taking that sort of risk

Mild and transient, if its a worry for you you'd need to be in a high risk group.

Lots of people took those Vaxines. Like really really lots.
( Note : Covid also causes the same side effects , so if its a worry for the vaccine, its equal or worse worry for covid ).
