In the old days people would tell them they are a bloody loony.
Now people just bight their lip, because its not ok to tell them that, and they go on social media and find a whole group of like minded weirdos to reinforce their ideals. If you just take the weirdest nutcase from each country and give them their own forum, they have a nice little group of nearly 200.
