I don't like either. The US is a crumbling empire when they give you the choice between a senile idiot and an insane idiot. Both are cut from the same cloth and sold out to corporates and foreign governments. I think they're all too embarrassed now to admit how deeply they drank from the TDS Kool-Aid!! The left leaning media in the USA is little short of the propaganda arm of the Democrats, and they, along with a number of very concerning US government bodies are on public record as having blatantly lied and engaged in corrupt behaviour in order to get a conviction against Trump or get enough mud to stick to take him out as an opponent.

They're so worried about Trump because they don't have a viable option to counter him - they know their own VP is an unelectable communist idiot and the one that they backed to get them into office has been publicly shown to be off with the fairies and not viable for a second term, and is looking so bad now that his previous cheerleaders are now turning to the old "all politicians are scum, Sleepy Joe was just the lesser of two evils".....

Grabbed some fantastic beef steaks and mince, Japanese greens, bone broths, local butter and honey, herbs ofc.

Made a healthy panna cotta using collagen and Greek yoghurt with berries which will be added to the rotation too

A good point he touches on in there is that the food industry is what commissions all the diet research. This is why it's a bad idea to go to a dietician - they overwhelmingly just reflect the research and then research is very biased.

It's a shame neither of them are quite brave enough to get to the logical point, which is that the US healthcare system is broken, and that Obamacare was a small step in the right direction at fixing it. Single payer healthcare gives the possibility of better aligning incentives, rather than relying on market forces between participants with unequal power and unequal access to information every step of the way.
