Went for a late night walk to feel some cooler air and hopefully release some face tension, as I walked back home and lock the door, I looked down and...

I got followed home by a random little kitten, who just sat at the door all "let me in let me in".

Now unfortunately for the kitten, I know where it comes from, and it's not going to set foot in my home cause where it comes from let's just say the less I see of them the better, but I did tell her that I had nothing for her since no milk and such, and as I was speaking to her she scurried to hide before coming back up as I was putting the blind down so I can get to sleep.

But yeah, I asked for a dragon and buxom wenches, and instead get a female kitten for my story.

Also, wind was nice, pine trees also howled a little and saw 2 other people walking who were very obviously off their face, one of them got amazed that they found a dip as part of a skate park and stumbled before they went out of view into the darkness.
At least it’s a thread cleanser.

Tom Elliott lmao what an absolute bellend.

I think it's stupid too but the fact that he says "yOu sHoUlD fOcUs oN oN~fIeLd SuCcEsS1!" is hilarious. If the club ever do anything outside the realm of football that someone disagrees with, that's the line. What a lazy stupid comment.

Rocking up to the interview be like…

Happy with it?
Yes. I have 9 cams. 2 indoor plug in. 2 outdoor hardwired and the rest outdoor battery. Batteries are rechargeable and depending on the amount of movement they pick up battery life is very good.
Software isn’t totally intuitive but it works quite well.

Have a look at what’s happening to policing and the law. People feel emboldened to act like this because we have become very selective about enforcing the law. We have also created through some really poor policy’s by governments of both stripes a demand for housing that can’t be met and we have a mental health, cost of living and drug crisis. You put all of that together and basically imo you’ve set the conditions that give you lawless unliveable cities.

People scream about social security and handouts etc but it’s the social safety net including access to housing, education, health etc along with clear fair laws that are applied without fear or favour that have kept this country one of the worlds most liveable.

At the end of the day it's the flaw in consumer capitalism and neoliberalism. Someone has to pay for services. If you let billionaires and corporation out of the tax system something has to give. In the early 20th century we made sure essential services were provided by the state but then later sold the utilities off to corporations who double dip. There is corporate socialism where they fund them but remove services from us to do it.

If police numbers don't increase when population does and you cut out regulation so that there's zero oversight you get to where we are. Nothing will change because corporations and government are intertwined now and they act for special interests. Until it gets so bad that no-one will accept it any more living standards will continue to drop for a lot more people.

These electric/mobile operated locks are a disaster waiting to happen also.

My in-laws have a holiday house that has everything electronic from locks and heating to lighting and blinds. When the router drops out you can't do anything and you have yourself locked in the gates with no way to get your car out even. If you decide to climb over the fence you can't lock any of the doors. I hate it and it puts me off going there.

Anyone see Caulfield getting on the news. We're like South Central LA down here. Seriously though, the stuff on line is so misrepresented. That burnt out shop had a huge group of pro Israeli people hanging out next door singing draped in flags and banners. The film on line made it look like there was just a couple of citizens jumped by a group of thugs. Pretty sure they were provoking as much as anything. We don't need religious wars in Melbourne, don't know how you stop it though.

Didn't they rally next to a synagogue?

WTAF is this? Who at the Club would be driving this ridiculous notion? My goodness that's disappointing to see and more should be calling us out on it. FOOTBALL people - we're a fecking FOOTBALL CLUB! Honestly St. Kilda just GAGF. Imagine a workforce where you're walking around and 1 in every 5 people you're walking on eggshells, trying to remember what this particular petal "identifies" as! Good god...
Need to immediately fire everyone associated with a policy like that.
But of course, ya can't...

I think that looked like hawthorn road outside Caulfield park in a separate one. Not sure where the synagogue is there but possibly one near there.

Deliberately, no doubt. The supposed Pro-Palestine supporters should be labeled what they truly are: terrorist sympathizers

I don’t think all should be, a lot seem to be pro cease fire. Plenty of Jews attending some rallies too.

Who cares. As long as we don't favor a poor candidate over a good one based on this quota stuff then personally IDGAF.

And this is going to have zero impact on our on-field performance. It's a media and communications role so Tom Elliott is a fool.
Give or take it's 10% max 15% of population that fall under the lgbtqi+ banner. The majority of whom still identify with their chromosome count.

Being overly generous, you might find 5% that identifies as someone other than their chromosome count. And of those 5% you'd be lucky if 1% wanted a job in the footy industry.

So if you think you can fill 20% of your staff body from a 1% demographic and get the best people then I've got some bad news for you.
Having an inclusive policy is admirable. But driving a high quota of niche group is idiocy incarnate.
Would anyone accept the same if they wanted 20% of staff to have fundamentalist Catholic values? Probs not.

When you put it like that I see your point.

I think the 20% quota is probably BS though, we probably don't actually expect to be able to meet that.
