Got to say, the Bud Light situation was hilarious.

You stupid inclusive twits, you are selling beer.

BEER! GET IT INTA YA !!! is all they needed but obviously too dumb for whoever was running marketing at Bud.

"Ok Guys any idea's for our new Bud Light Campaign "
"How about we have an app "
"Good idea but I already started one when i joined the company "
"How about a new slogan "Bud Light, tastes like piss ""
" Jenkins you're fired there will never be a place for truth in advertising ".
"How about we go all inclusive "
"Great idea , all in favour

The Bud Light thing reflects the problem that a lot of orgs bump into where their employees have different values to their customers. Their employees are white collar lefty do gooders while their customers (or at least a big fraction of them) are distinctly not that. When the company doesn't understand that distinction and allows the cart to pull the horse around, they end up with a 25% drop in sales.

It beggars belief how stupid these people are. Paid millions to make the dumbest decisions possible. Disney, Marvel etc on a slippery slope also.
Love it.

Actually seems to be pussy parents who's kids have drunk it thinking it was soft drink. Conservative types who don't like their kids getting pissed are ****en snow flakes too.

Bad light did qhat they did because of capitialism, not any left wing stuff.

Many hours and many spredsheets went into that call, because Anhuser Busch felt it would drive profits, its all capitalism at the end of the day.

So you're saying electric cars are as clean as the electricity that charges them? Sounds like a good argument in favour of modernising power generation, not an argument against electric cars.

Yeah, if we keep adding to the pool of clean energy then it becomes a lot cleaner. You could charge cars during the day when sold produced power is cheapest and make it nearly free.

I found our recently that nuclear waste can be used as a power source and there is enough nuclear waste to power the USA for approximately 100 years. The technology has been around since the 1960s but was abandoned because it not able to be commercialized. Surely it is a technology worth reconsidering. The waste already exists, so why not utilize it.

At the end of the day nuclear is too expensive and no-one wants it anywhere near them. Renewables get cheaper and cheaper and economics will push nuclear further and further back.

Marketing is a degree for people who are too stupid to get a real job and too vain to do manual labour. They really struggle when it comes to blue collar people particularly. If they only had to sell to similarly excessively numerated coke-sniffing idiots and realestate agents they'd be mint.
