Nah just more blame game, everything is someone else’s fault. So you’re an adult now so what’s the excuse ?. This isn’t an Australian problem it’s so much of the world and it seems to be linked to wealth as well. The more you have generally the less likely you’ll be doing any of the grunt work around home.

I have 4 adult children 3 don’t do much and 1 can do just about anything, I’ve tried to get them involved from day one and have asked till I’m blue in the face. Most of their friends are exactly the same, I could tell you some pretty comical stuff but that’s just how it is these days. Seriously when you make good money why waste your time doing things you can pay someone a fraction of what you make to do.

Anyway I don‘t think boomers are anywhere near as handy as the generation that came before them and I think they’d be happy we actually got to enjoy our weekends and holidays and weren’t slaving away like they did.
Show me a woman who can cook something more extravagant than Mami noodles these days and I'll show you a potential divorcee.

Lol post some more fake keto doctors.

Are you diabetic or something
He’s a real Doctor and has some interesting things to say. He also has some interesting guests guys like Ben Bikman amongst others. I wouldn’t advocate for any particular radical diet and obviously your personal circumstances need to be taken into account. My biggest takeaway from watching quite a few people is eat fresh, portion control, regular exercise and some foods have little if any upside.

Personally I eat a lot of fresh veg, lean protein and I try to stick below 130g carbs and 25g of sugar a day as recommended by diabetes Australia. I have a decent exercise program based around weights and bands as I have bone on bone in both knees and a hip that will need replacing so walking is painful.

If you‘re young and healthy then obviously so long as that hopefully continues this isn’t of as much interest to you. There’s a pretty good site for anyone looking to start or get back into weights live anabolic. It’s mainly for older men but there’s a Facebook group that goes along with it, it’s free and they don’t seem to be selling much. Obviously less helpful if you’ve been working out for 50 years but I’ve still found it helpful in modifying some exercises and replacing a few. It can also be helpful reading other people’s experiences and what has and hasn’t worked for them.

More the placebo effect. Very high levels of effectiveness from placebos. Doesn't matter if you give someone a sugar pill or pharmaceutical as long as they believe it. Placebo anti-depressants have nearly equal efficacy in some cases according to some studies.

So, old man had a bloodied nose, by bloodied nose I mean;

Literal pool on the floor, pool on tiles, dripping towards sink, splashback on sink, blood on clean bandages in plastic bag as PANIC and tablecloth, just blood across 3 rooms. After it had abated a bit, grabbed gloves, legit pulled out a mucus train from nostril about 20cm long, one big chain of just red mucus came out in one piece.

I guess the thinners work?

Just F me, some warning next time please, a nostril should not be doing that shit.

Oh and then he took his pills and broke the back of his recliner, legit popped a socket on a metal frame by yanking at said back of chair, so, yeah, how's everyone's morning?

He's been home less than 12 hours...
