One of our friends is an artist so went to her exhibition yesterday at Merri-Bek town hall which is what used to be called Brunswick town hall. Watching the gallery opening ceremony I thought of Dard and George. They would have needed therapy afterwards. Woke guilt laced welcome to country introduced by a curator that looked about 14 that had to do her pronouns and introduce the Auslan interpreter who was a chubby F2M trans. Whole crowd full of assorted hipster types that looked like they were channelling surrealist art in the way they dress. You junior boomer brigade types would have had an aneurysm.
