Eating only red meat isn't good for you still. Fibre especially isn't easy to get without some kind of vegetable matter, lots of minerals and vitamins are in higher concentrations in fruit and veggies. You'll look more like the that bald ecstasy rave nutter than Jason Statham once the scurvy kicks in.

Not all of us have access to a litre of horse semen to supplement our diets.

You only need about 70mg a day.

Plenty of opportunity to get that from beef sources. 200g of spleen has it covered easily.

And now i have Hahn Ultra Low Carb beer, OK, i don't mind low carb beer because it tends to be less gassy.
But the real reason i got it was because 6 packs were on special and i didn't want a slab.

I think drinking a six pack is better for you than drinking a slab right?
