Re: bacon it is possible to source local, high quality nitrate free, free range which as long as you don’t burn it doesn’t carry with it the side effects of the usual store bought garbage.

Must have missed the part where someone mentioned only red meat, will have to scroll back when I have the time…Eating only red meat isn't good for you still. Fibre especially isn't easy to get without some kind of vegetable matter, lots of minerals and vitamins are in higher concentrations in fruit and veggies. You'll look more like the that bald ecstasy rave nutter than Jason Statham once the scurvy kicks in.
