Italians make really good food with Cavolo Nero which is their Kale. If you go there try some, it will change your mind.

Cavelo Nero is a much better variety of kale too, the one that most supermarkets sell is Scottish kale which is tough and horrible.

No great reason to choose it over several other vegetables, it’s way too tough even when you strip the leaves and finely chop it.

If you grow your own and use the younger leaves its not tough at all, Tuscan kale (cavelo nero) is a lot more tender than the curly variety that's more common

Celery is pretty versatile I use in in many soups for example and it’s a must in a Bloody Mary which is perhaps my favourite drink

I keep hearing of people using CBD oil for pain relief, stress, sleep and many other reasons. I’d be interested to hear your views and from anyone on here who is currently using it for whatever reason or if you’ve tried it in the past.

Mrs knows two women that got on it when finding breast cancer
Roughly 4 and 6 months after they found out that got on it and its beem around 3 years and still passing tests clean
Its never 100% for everyone but has so far worked for them.

Heard it's really good for arthritis for some

I keep hearing of people using CBD oil for pain relief, stress, sleep and many other reasons. I’d be interested to hear your views and from anyone on here who is currently using it for whatever reason or if you’ve tried it in the past.

Have used both CBD and TCH oils for sleep, pain and anxiety.

Found the CBD helped with pain but stopped using because I wanted to fix rather than mask the problem.

TCH certainly helps with sleep, however depending on people’s occupation it may not be usable even with a prescription depending on drug policies. (They’d rather you on Xannys and painkillers operating machinery lol)

TCH in oil form didn’t help with acute anxiety as it takes 1-2 hours to onset.
I used TCH flower via vape (non combustion) maybe 3 times in 18 months for anxiety and that helped for sure.
Also sex after higher dose vape was like nothing else lmao.
I’ve never so much as had a puff on a cig or joint so it took a bit for me to come around to the idea, it was the non-burning of the flower that sold me.

My girlfriend works for a medicinal cannabis specialist if you want to PM me I’m happy to keep chatting.

Yep it’s a very exciting space. Progressing so much faster than I thought we’d see in Aus. I didn’t realise until talking with these doctors that all GP’s can prescribe MC, they just never do for obvious reasons * cough * kickbacks.
