I was in the city last night, was a *en fun atmosphere - not at all dampened by all the middle aged men performatively showing how little they care about Swift.

I drove up Swan St/Olympic Bvd...opened the door, dropped the payload ( complete with matching glittery dress and boots , took a left hand turn and got the hell out of dodge.

Yeah I've been hearing rumblings about this for the last few years. Spoke to a scientist trying to start the "Tesla of Recycling" - he still thinks it will be possible to do it a couple of orders of magnitude better than we are, but he was very clear that at the moment it's doing nothing for the environment and only works with government subsidies.

Found out even receipts have crazy high levels of microplastics. Can’t escape.
And we think electric cars will eradicate big oil. It’s still ExxonMobils / Sinopecs world.

Whenever politicians or the media attempt to demonise an industry they go with the “big” prefix. Think “Big Oil”, “Big Tobacco” etc etc.

I had a show playing in the background the other day and a woman was talking about these industries being attacked and as she reeled them off I heard her say “Big Meat”.

Must say I took it a bit personal.

Can’t wait to see the Big Meat meme doc.

It hardly matters. Plastic's life cycle will always inhibit recycling as a profitable enterprise. The only answer is to tax it out of existence which won't happen. We're screwed. It's everywhere, the whole thing's a joke.
