Got some cool gigs coming up. Gary Clark Jr in a few weeks. Tommy Emmanuel in May. George Clinton and Parliament Funkadelic (or some variation of) in Sept.

I remember seeing George Clinton back in there 90s and he seemed ancient then. Gary Clark jar would be good to see. TE is a bit cheesy for me but he can definitely play.

Tommy is cheesy as hell lol. He talks too much on stage etc but the man is something else as a player. My girlfriend loves acoustic guitar so I reckon she'll dig it.

George is very old... true. But it'll be a party. 4th row at the Palais. I have no doubt the standard of musicianship will be high. I really enjoy seeing great funk musicians play live.

I've seen Gary before at Byron bluesfest. He's dope live.

As an update to this;

Just got back from Bunnings.
They had a sausage sizzle as per usual.
Now food before chain goes on gate as dagnammit Bunnings....

Lay down a few hundred tacks on your footpath.

Got a second chain and lock for the other gate.
Forgot to note down which lock size suits said chain.
Picked one up but since just paper, eyeballed it from memory.
Same series.
Same company.
Same design.
Needed 45mm
Picked up the 63mm variant.

Inflow to toilet is also now functional and no longer overflowing, seal was straight degraded and getting killed softly with a song of running water with pressure.

Apparently they just want the rare earth minerals from it. Also a few billionaires including Musk and Thiel are apparently looking it because it has bunkers and a climate that projects to be ideal in the case of global warming. If they start WWIII they can survive it all.

China have their eye on Antarctica , i can only assume there is some ancient chinese text that declares it part of china , even though china then was a totally different government to china now.

I'd rather see a stable world without chaotic leaders funded by death cult nut jobs with their fingers on the nuclear football.

People are more or less sane and bound by their own sense of morality within an ethical societal code. For the most part it works in most places...and it has taken a millennia to get to that point.
Politicians these days just seem to stand in the way and wilfully subvert all of those things. We're regressing much faster than most anticipated.
It's the real shock and awe.

I'd probably state the person is sane and bound by their sense of morality, the more people that congregate you get a reduction of sense as the person really doesn't want the responsibility to do so, they just want to enjoy themselves. Thus, it's then the more dominant personalities that might not be as bound that then end up as the social consciousness and say the autocratic instances are just the show of force afterwards politically as power = corruption.

The shock and awe part is then the "I could have sworn I did more things 5 years ago" part before you're invariably folded in or discarded from new normals as force application is engaged.

Twas the polar bears, there'd have been a musket discharge and some brown notes on white snow afterwards.

But yeah it was what only 2023 when they went "thars land under this ice" and my first thought was "no shit, how else do you think it formed a crust? Ice just plonked down and went merge bitch?" but yeah, from one land of Pangaea to what we have today, one would have assumed there'd be land that had things on it, drifted south and over the millennia ice just went "mine nao" and piled on top to then be smooth as things heated cooled and then settled.

We then came along all "this is fire, fire is hot" to then have a think about what those previous things were under all that ice.

Was more a what if they didn't spend those 39 months there, what if they actually found a way to go down? And I mean down down, below the ice.

Polar bears - pretty much the angriest around, perfect land based "get near X get murked" patrols.
Orca - have to be smarter as water is a big place, similar aptitude as above only they play with meals.

As our knowledge of Pangaea has Antarctica drifting south in tectonic shifting, and as the ice is many many more millions of years older than, you'd have to assume a collision took place previously; one land meeting another, merging together to form a base for ice to settle for many millions of years. As what are planets if not material combined in a magnetosphere that is constantly in movement thanks to other magnet things around trying to tear it apart?

The tldr being a mix of Jurassic park and that image, Dinosaucers as the Nazi's both run and then teach so tectonic things in previously stable zones would be more a something trying to punch through and thus moving things out of the way than what we are standing on simply shifting a bit.

What if we're the ones upside down and the Geofront world is underneath us and constrained? What if then those Nazi's found it?
