I first noticed this in Magnolia, in 1999. One front tooth aligns perfectly with the nasal septum.

Yeah, i've read that they tried a couple of times without much luck, then Harrison Ford and the other actor had a quick chat and decided to do it that way and see what the director thought. Instant classic movie moment.
