Western leaders are extremely soft and take inexplicable amounts of time to get shit done.
Would love to have someone with Putins attitude, but a better moral compass.

You have to smell good - seriously

The handshake is extremely important, it can't be strong or you'll look arrogant, and it can't be weak or you'll look like a pansy.

You also can't go early and grip their fingers, they'll feel weak. And if you let them grip fingers, it's a sign that you're weak.

And remember, first impressions are what people remember first about other people. So if you trip or sneeze on your way into the office or conference room or whatever..that's how you will always be remembered by potential employers

Ask questions about the vision and future for the company.
Don't be afraid to discuss life outside of work and your interests.
If you have investments talk about them.
Talk about lessons you have learnt from previous roles (as opposed to criticising)
Be positive.
If you get nervous slow your sentences down a bit.
