After sitting through my partners UniSA graduation ceremony today, I will never. Ever. Ever, subject myself or my family to that absolute shit when I graduate.

Started with a huge video patting the Uni on the back and asking people to study with them. Relentlessly mentioning the Alumni club for graduates.

Second was a slow filing in of the "brains trust" of UniSA to music that sounded an awful lot like the start of Star Wars.

Third was the singing of the ****ing national anthem, at a ****ing University graduation. What the **** is this?

Fourth was the "occasional address" from some crazy feminazi bitch banging on about how she assisted Gillard with her misogyny speech, and how she has written books on misogyny.

Fifth was 2 hours of reading name out, person files up to the stage, gets certificate, walks off.

Sixth More mentioning of the alumni club for graduates.

Seventh was the filing out of the brains trust, to the same star wars music. Very...slowly.

Eighth was 20 minutes to leave the place because they only opened one exit.

Seriously, what a bunch of self important wank. I'll just take my bit of paper and work on being productive without that shit, thanks.

Speaking of videogames, why did EA make the greatest soccer game of all time then never attempt to replicate it again?

Road to World Cup 98 had it all.

Every. Single. Football. Playing. Nation

Think about that for a minute. There was like 175 countries and you could win the World Cup with any of them. It was a magnificent achievement and given that the FIFA 14 has like 25 leagues and 400 teams, it surely would be doable in this day and age.

Not to mention the magnificently fun indoor football (the fact that it hasn't come back since is some sort of sick joke) and the ability to edit clubs and players. I spent weeks never playing anything but Indoor games.

It was a multiplayer dream.

I'm annoyed just thinking about the indoor football and that it hasn't ever returned.

Why do EA hate fun?
