...... VB's the good stuff Grosh you cant waste it like that. ......
Started drinking VB in the mid 1980's on my first trip to the NT. Walked up to the bar at the Daly Waters Hotel and asked for a beer and the barman asked me what colour can I wanted. Asked what the locals drank and he said "green cans". So I drank greens for quite a few years after that.

Not much of a beer drinker these days but there is just far too much choice.

You must regret being a Bandwagoner. :p
Sadly proud to be able to say I was in our lowest AFL crowds...now whether I jinxed us and caused them is another question.

I started going to the footy in 2008. Haven't missed a home game since.

Let that sink in.

Every game from 2008 - 2012 and none before (apart from a couple here and there).

My story is pretty much identical. Bought my first membership in 2008 and have missed a handful of games since, none by choice.

Crows supporters with no memberships are risking injury asking where have we been the last 5 years

I must be too old, what the hell did that all mean? I understand Samuel L better when there's mf's thrown in

He was basically doing beat poetry describing the 90s coming of age sitcom, Boy Meets World. It's what a lot of 90s kids (myself included) grew up on. He even threw in Cory's classic "TOPANGAAA!" and Eric's famous Fee-hee-hee-heeny call:

OK, well I guess I was right then...too old to understand, without the mf's

That is still my favourite pic of the last year.

I lurked for a couple of years and joined/posted on tpfp, before finally joining here at just the right time to look like the ultimate bandwagoner. Come at me :p

Anyone that joined in 2007 and stuck around is hard as ****.

I lurked for a while first but 2007 was when I moved over from TPFP.

It wasn't that hard though. We were never gonna stay down forever, so it was well worth staying invested

Pretty much the same. Joined this forum in '07 but was living in Sydney at the time. Told my folks when I moved back in '08 I wanted a membership as my Christmas present. Been a member ever since except for '11 due to financial issues. Been to many a miserable game and read many a vent thread. It's good to finally get some good times again.

So uh, 29 May 2010. The day of the 140th Birthday celebrations.

How did we not see 2011-12 coming?

Worst conditions I can recall at footy park, and my first visit there was 1978 or so. A storm was definitely heading our way.

The state game before was nuts every tackle created rooster tails and big splashes.

Was sitting in the icebox of the new grandstand watching Russell and whoever else it was trundle round the boundary absolutely saturated.

Then the previously winless Tiges spanked us by 8 goals in a monsoon.

Williams should've resigned that evening.
