Recently having issues with our internet / wifi dropping out on a semi regular basis. Both modem on wifi were several years old so we upgraded to a new combined modem/wifi unit.

The internet now drops out on a more regular basis, but is easier to come back on.
Is this one of those analog TV signal things, where the better unit just enhances the problem and the actual issue is in the cable?

Probably have to fork out several hundred dollars for a technician to check it out for you, although if you are not like me and talk to your neighbours, maybe ask them if they have the internet and what their connection is like?

What's the go with the NBN anyway? I dont really follow politics so I don't know if its still going ahead or not.

I have looked on my providers website, and for the areas that can support it they want about $75 a month just for 25gb of downloads....

Carbon Tax being repealed has caused this.
