Hardly. If anything, it will have even less of a bearing on eventual outcomes. Russia didn't directly do it, and it's very doubtful that Kiev did it, 'damaged relations' and nothing more. All sides of the conflict will do what they can after the fact, and it will be consigned to history aside from some documentaries, air crash investigation episodes and the occasional interview from family of the deceased.

The fact of the matter is, no one 'important' on the world scale died (e.g franz ferdinand etc), and it wasn't a pre-meditated and directed attack (that will ever be known anyway), so nothing will come of it.
