I thought Golden Breed went bankrupt back in the 70s or early 80s and was surprised a few years back to see Golden Breed clothing in the local K-Mart. According to their website the brand "was caught up in a web of financial woes and went into hibernation in the late 70s. [and] .........was revived in the late 90s"

So hibernation, not bankrupt.
