No I have the first 2 Fratellis albums on my iPod Touch and gave them decent play time when they came out. They just don't have the playback value or the consistency of the Arctic Monkeys, who they seem to always be compared to on the internet.

I like Butcher too just not when he plays football.

The main issue is the distance to the city from our current house (an hour and a bit minimum in peak hour), given we are both young professionals who will be working in the city for the rest of our lives. Now that we have renovated we are not sure if we would rent or sell the place. It's hard to tell what prices are going to do here but my anticipation is prices falling (closure of holden, massive supply of new houses in blakeview and playford alive), though our block is huge (~800m2). However I anticipate demand to be quite low in comparison to supply.

Property in the northern suburbs is about rental yield and passive income, not so much capital gains. Longer term folio stuff.

Didn't want to bring down the Membership thread so....

I got my AO Membership packs yesterday and they contained a bumper sticker (of course I would put that on my car saying I support Adelaide Oval ) and then low and behold out pops the Jarman Impey imitation pen.

The only thing of value to me were the season tickets.

And yes I have PAFC Memberships as well.
