Ingredients: serves 6

FLOUR MIX
2 cups plain flour
1 tsp salt & pepper
1 tsp dried basil
1 tsp ground chilli
1 tsp ground paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp dried sage leaves
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp onion powder

EGG WASH
1 cup buttermilk
1 egg

4 large chicken breasts
Vegetable oil for frying

Hot tip for amazing fired chicken.

Use beer batter instead of egg wash, scrape off excess batter and dip back in flour mix and then fry.

Remember when there was a school of thought that a certain section of Port fans were boycotting Football Park because of how hostile it was (Crows branding everywhere, SANFL gouging us blind) and that was a bleeding outrage, because for one, "the seats are painted teal"?

But it's a thoroughly noble pursuit to boycott SANFL games - even ones that don't include Port or the Crerserves - because NO ALF IN SNALF!!111

Underrated film. I usually hate Christopher Walken but he owned this.. good film all round stuck pretty close to the real events from what I've read, great cast can't believe I'd never heard of it until recently.
