More power when you need it.

An Ibanez man myself. I picked up my old guitar for the 1st time in many years about 6 months, not long after Soundwave, and started playing some basic blues/rock licks. Went to the local music store and fell in love with an 2nd hand Ibanez with EMG pick ups. Looking for a practice amp now. Leaning towards a Blackstar combo. Not sure to go for the 30w or 60w. 30w is perfect for home use but not enough grunt to jam with others. The 60w you could jam with others but too much grunt for home. 1st world problems hey.

I have the blackstar 60w stage combo. ****ing awesome. Had a jsx 120w before that & they're pretty comparable to me, blackstar wins by about 2k. Run it with a matching 2x12 cab to smooth it out a bit but you've got gain for days. It is a bit much for home as it really gets lively after the volume is past 4. Get a shitty line 6 or a peavey rage for home if you need.

I reckon the best amp i have used was a Crate [insert description here] back in high school music, it was only a small amp but it packed a lot of punch, awesome reverb and lots of gain, we used to punish the **** out of those things but they kept on rocking.

Sucks, year i left school the music teacher bought all new equipment (figures ) and threw the Crates out.

Anyone else cutting weight for beach season? I'm down to 76 kegs (I'm 5'3" 1/4) without even trying I'm yet to ascertain whether this is through coinkydieting or AIDS

7.5kg down pre torn calf.

Stagnated since but will begin running again next week.

Been Lite N Hodging it for dinners... They're actually pretty good.

I once bought the dvd of that game as a gift for a friend from overseas who wanted to learn about aussie rules and was quite pissed off to find they had edited out Miss D'Amico.

My father and all my uncles (three) are deceased from a young age due to heart attacks. As a result I'm now 25 kegs down since november last year. Had a 4 month lay off after a double disk herniation from deadlifting heavy metallic objects and putting them down again. It's still ruined, shocking nerve impingement. Resumed running last saturday. Gone are my 20 minute 5ks, replaced with 29 minute 5ks, guess I shouldn't complain.

90kg, ~20% bodyfat (5"10), I fell off the wagon big time after reinjuring my back for a third time, ****ing sucks. I'm happy with my lifts though ~120kg on the bar parallel squats working weight, shame I can't stay on the park. In the past 2 months I've injured a wrist doing clean and jerks (inb4 fapping injury), tweaked my back and dislocated my cuboid bone. That's right. My cuboid bone. My calf was tight, it cramped and pulled the cuboid in my foot out momentarily.

Doing some research on the 82 granny, it seems the streaker Miss D'Amico was 17 at the time so pretty much all replays would be a big no-no nowadays.
