By all accounts he had a good pre season this year didn't he? Or am I just thinking of that great goal he kicked against WCE in the NAB?

800k fine, lose first round pick and Tippett de-registered if found guilty
A bit of white paint over the '1', why not? Or to put it another way, and as I say each year with increasing amounts of swearing "Leave the ****ing numbers alone you sillys". Obviously not counting changes when a new captain is appointed and takes on "1".A bit off topic but I have a slight feeling that Wingard could be number 6 next season. Not exactly huge news but it's news. Hey we all need a break from the Crows Tippett saga.
- They can hardly be 'found guilty' if they confessed, especially when it appears the AFL didn't even suspect this.
I hadn't realised that was unclear, sorry, now edited. And yes Adelaide. Are we talking Adelaide with point 1?...
Well it was different in that it was a conditional bribe, no gain to Tippett unless he activated it. But I concede that's being pedantic. It largely affected Gold Coast but I now realise it might have also affected Brisbane. I haven't really informed myself on this apart from the original afl.com.au article and later teasing my local fruit and veg guy. So I'd still say it will be the reaction of the two Qld teams that will decide the AFL's final response.....It was an extra incentive for him to sign on again which was hidden from the AFL. No diff to throwing him a bag of money outside of the cap...
Post additions for those of us who don't go on MyFace. The Peter Rohde Fan Club page, my lord its good.
later teasing my local fruit and veg guy.
It was drunk the other week and had scotch with a caper juice chaser, it was ****ing horrible but earns me $10I like Capers
or offering a player captaincy, or co-ordinating with a key sponsor for a plum job outside of football, or any one of a hundred different ways players are enticed to clubs without it being strictly wages. Are we talking Adelaide with point 1?
Confessed what, 3 years after it happened?
It was an extra incentive for him to sign on again which was hidden from the AFL. No diff to throwing him a bag of money outside of the cap...
The trick is to buy your produce first, and then make sure he (or his dad) is not between you and the door. Nor within arm's reach of any of the squishy and easily throwable items.Watch it. Those guys can be touchy....
L.Armstrong aint the only cyclist on gear...or offering a player captaincy, or co-ordinating with a key sponsor for a plum job outside of football, or any one of a hundred different ways players are enticed to clubs without it being strictly wages.
Yeah I was a bit unsure aswell,I dunno what I think about that Rohde thing. On the one hand, its funny shit, but on the other hand I think that holding up his long-term record is probably damning enough that you don't need to make shit up. I may be overthinking this.
Biography
This page is in no way official to Peter Rohde, the AFL or the Port Adelaide Football Club.
It is a fan page of a satirical nature, and we actually love Peter Rohde ♥.
This trading in 2013 has been bloody good. ♥
so you're just no good at having a puntI hate horse racing, and spring racing carnival, in particular.
Nearly as boring and pointless as "road cycling".
