I always wondered why shows that do this don't pretend that all the cameras in the world are super HD, that way it spares us a bullshit "zoom and enhance!" scene, and it is probably more feasible than "zoom and enhance!" technology.

Was in Paris exactly 2 months ago and stayed in an apartment on Boulevard Voltaire less than 2 blocks from Le Bataclan. Know the area reasonably well - it's a fairly trendy, hipsterish part of town and would have been busy on a Friday night.
