Logically if someone offered them for testing they must have considered not taking them so yes.
FWIW I have no idea what these 'magic' tests (which I heard discussed on the radio this morning) would be. What's killing people? Could be toxins from a botched production process, overstrength tablets, the active agent being mixed with an accidentally dangerous agent to bulk the mixture up before pressing the tablets. Which of these could be quickly tested for in a tent at a festival, if at all?

The tests essentially work instantly so users know within about 10 seconds what the key ingredient(s) are of what they'll be taking if they ingest the pills. There are also a couple of different websites based entirely around the testing of pills so you could look up what you have and how dodgy it may be before you even leave the house.

I dont take drugs but I tell ya what, if I had been given something and I had it tested and it showed to be something completely different, I certainly wouldn't be swallowing it.
