I've never watched the Godfather. People always recommend it, and say how it's such a great movie, but don't sound like they enjoyed it.
The two first ones are what people talk about. They are long and require concentration. And once you have seen them, sat back and said 'Wow!', then you realise you now need to watch them over to pick up how it all came together.

I made sweet love to a kiwi chick in 1988 near Nowra NSW when that song was hot.

She hated it (the song) which made her more attractive than she really was.

I just love that song because my dog (who is going to be a member of PAFC next year) is a spitting image of the cartoon dog from the comics.

Border Collies ftw.

I definitely enjoyed it, but I think you have to really understand how the family dynamics work to appreciate it.

The second fills that out. You see Vito as a young man, beginning to realise his particular gifts and choosing the life he does. And simultaneously you see the fully developed Michael who no longer fights his role and now easily takes on where his father left off. I'm probably a little passionate about these films because I caught Godfather II on Foxtel recently and felt like standing and applauding at the end.

I'll commit to watching it then, normally during exam time I get addicted to a crappy TV show anyway.

Tomato sauce is probably my favourite condiment, but i'm not sure it requires such an in depth discussion. Put it on your snagger and move on!
A good mate of mine is a tomato sauce officianado. Has about 5 different brands of sauce in his cupboard, each of which he uses on a different dish.

Well, with Michael I think you can see in the first one that he has always been jealous of Sonny, but has not been in a position to do anything about it...but then he takes his chance and gets what he wanted, his father's respect and his role in the community. When Michael goes to Italy, its amazing how even thousands of miles away, he just can't stop trying to be his dad.

The second film is about Michael dealing with getting his great wish fulfilled, and when that happens it just can't ever be all that you hope it will be. There's always a price.

Tomato sauce is so vanilla, chili sauce or vinegar are the way to go!

Left is Best
The Three Colors trilogy
The Dollars trilogy
The Mad Max trilogy
The Evil Dead trilogy
The Hannibal Lecter trilogy
The Naked Gun trilogy
The Living Dead trilogy
Yuck. Though the Good, the Bad and the Ugly is one of my all time favorite movies.

Actually are you just trolling me with that list? I mean the Naked Gun is incredible, but the others...

BTW I did say personally :p

EDIT: The Karate Kid.
