And if it'd been a woman with a boy or girl no one would have batted an eyelid. From taking my boys to the playground most weekends there's a significant number of mothers who eye every male walking past, as if he's about to make a sudden detour and snatch little Johnny or Jane from right in front of them and run off.

Yea I walk past a primary school and kindergarten sometimes when I'm busing it I know what you mean, I was dressed in all black once slightly hungover, unshaven & some kid started screaming stranger danger so i had parents getting out of cars in the street and giving me the stink eye as well as some teacher.. t'was hilarous, ridiculous, stupifying, weird all at the time.
