I hate the term "dog act" my dog would never hit a woman or king hit someone.

More like a rat act.
I have pet rats, they are ****ing adorable.

Occasionally one of them will pee on you though. And they did chew up my phone case ;(

Channel 9: Who has the artistic pedigree and gravitas to speak about David Bowie on the occasion of his death? Why, Richard Wilkins, of course.

Very sad about Bowie.

Listening to Changesbowie right now.

A back catalogue that rates with the best of them.

RIP David Robert Jones.

They're quite aware of what they're going through..."

As a representative of the Swamprats, I resent this. Now I reckon a cat would king hit someone if it could, go with 'cat act'

That was used in one of the Shrek movies, probably one of the last times we took the kids to the pictures. When we got home I pulled out Hunky Dory and played the original. Simultaneously probably one of the last times I impressed my kids.

Another great musician becomes just a memory :(
Would have been interesting for him to contemplate that as someone who was huge in his lifetime he was going to become partly mythical once he'd died.

The Breakfast Club opens with the written lyrics which then explode from the screen.

For any of our younger posters who don't really know David Bowie and may wonder when a fuss is made of his death for the next couple of weeks or so here's a few of his more famous songs on a page put up by the ABC: David Bowie: The songs that made an icon
