I checked the score earlier and was all like wtf

the last time they got rolled by that sort of score they came out and bowled us for 49

but that was when steyn was closer to his prime, nowadays i think they just plain suck. i have no idea what's wrong with them. losing kallis, smith and boucher seems to have destroyed them

Those are Ambrose-esque figures. I have a hard time trying to think he's actually as good as Ambrose.

But at the same time I actually enjoy that he's doing well because the ridiculous amount of hate that was poured on him from our media for doing the exact same thing most of our players would do.

Indeed, they were a manufactured band. We even knew that at the time, hand picked kids who were into the scene, but it get's lost in the euphoria

Gee a lot of history rewriting going on - I was in London as an 18yo - the Pistols and the punk scene were 'real' - the influence of that brief punk uprising is still having influence today.
