Sometimes I'm half asleep and I move my leg and at that moment I already can feel there's an incoming calf cramp. It's the worst!

Too regularly during summer, if I don't take precautions. Always make sure I have Magnesium just before bed and a cup of water on hand to have as soon as I feel the slightest tightness, otherwise likely to cramp. 90% of the time the right calf for some reason.

That sucks when it's about to start and you're desperately trying to slam down water and rub the leg in the usually vain hope you can forestall it.
