Yeah, Muslims almost exclusively kill other Muslims in "terrorist acts" in the many ongoing civil wars in the Middle East, Africa, Pakistan etc. Sunni versus Shia, fundamentalist versus moderate etc.

Burning down a church, unless it is full of people at the time, is highly unlikely to be an act of terrorism.
