I like to imagine that after selling Star Wars and giving away all his money, he realises he stuffed up and now can only afford to eat food court food as a treat, and use the Seniors Card to get to and from Vale Park Caravan Park

Half the money of the sale was used to buy Disney shares, half was given away. He is the largest individual shareholder in Disney. I love the irony that he'll continue to reap the benefits of Star Wars forever.

Seriously though, the production is immense. It's crisp, heavy, crunchy and loud without being distorted. It sounds 1000x better than the last Metallica album and the last three Slayer albums. I don't understand why bands can sound better produced 25 years ago than they do now.

Dave Mustaine ruined his 80s and 90s records with his remastered series, except Countdown to Extinction. Never liked the sound of that at the time.

The Rust in Peace remaster is deplorable, there's a new vocal on one song if I recall.. ditched it after 1 listen

The vocals were actually rerecorded, so yes, the reason it sounds worse is because 2010s Mustaine is worse than 1990 version.
