El_Scorcho was just saying that to me. Ray Wise is a stellar actor and the show went downhill post-Leland.

Surely you're both far too young to care about Twin Peaks? I don't get it. It was briefly great in its day but finished badly/weirdly. I don't get the interest.

It's a timeless classic and probably the best TV show I've ever watched. It's all kinds of funny, charming, frightening, tense, whatever. A beautiful mash of great characters, soap opera parody and Lynch weirdness and atmosphere.

As Dylan said, I said exactly this to him like 20 minutes ago.

He's got such an awesome range. Not many actors could have pulled of Leland so well. I'd go as far as saying that Ray Wise was more important than Frank Silva in making Bob such a terrifying character.

Edit: I'll revise that to AS important as opposed to more important.

Some of you may be aware that last week the US announced that ex president Andrew Jackson will be removed from the front of the $20 note in the US and moved to the back in 2020 and to celebrate 100th anniversary of 19th amemdment which meant women couldn't be denied the vote in any state in the US, they were allowed to vote in federal elections, a black ex slave and the abolitionist Harriet Tubman would go on the front of the note. I saw this tweet retweeted last night.
