No doubt, I get that, but his carelessness in his day life as Murdock is actually becoming infuriating. Also, during the whole Castle in court thing, the court scenes were way more interesting than more scenes of fisticuffs, cause that is really the only variety of action. Ideally, there's four - punch ons, gun fights, chase scenes, crazy stunts. Daredevil only has fight scenes, and they do become a bit much at times.

Hmm good points. Yeah I think the fight scenes are there because there has to be conflict/resolution but I definitely agree that the court scene and the rooftop scene especially were some of my favourites from the season. Wouldn't mind seeing a more intellectual enemy next season in the vein of The Purple Man from Jessica Jones.
