Playing Pokemon go with the kids is great fun. They get to play computer games and I get them out of the house and exercising. It's strange seeing so many people wandering around doing the same thing though .

At marion and some kind of pokestop near the cinema. Ridiculous amount of people hanging around it on phones/ipads. Groups of 18ish year old girls all there catching pokemon. Nerds of the world rejoice.

I feel like a stranger in my own land with Pokemon. Never played it as a kid... watched the cartoon but never played the game.

As a result I've been getting a burning urge in the last week to tell people to stop liking things that I don't like.

Nah but this is a specifically late 90s early 00s cultural thing was just never popular where I lived. I should be in touch with it, but I'm not.

One of those rare kids that was in to Pokemon but kinda grew out of it. Seems like most that were in to it are still in to it, and people that didn't care for it still don't. I could see myself giving the app a go if my phone supported it, thank goodness my phone supports nothing.

I watched wrestling during The Undertaker's Bikie schtick where his theme song was Rollin' by Limp Bizkit and my first CD was Linkin Park's Hybrid Theory.

I still enjoy LP's first two LPs and occasionally listen to Limp Bizkit etc in an ironic nostalgic context.

Sleeping in, playing vidya gaems, and going out biking or kicking the footy were my jam.
So I've never really cared for Pokemon.

Except Pokemon Stadium on the N64, that game was good fun.

Had Pokemon Red on my gameboy pocket. Was all the rage when I was 12. Can't say I understand the fascination as an adult though. Didn't everyone give that shit away when they learned how to masturbate?

On the movies with similar plots from earlier, Dances With Wolves wasn't even original, you had Red Scorpion with Dolph Lungdren some years beforehand, and probably something else before that. It is a bit unfair only Avatar cops that criticism.

Wish they would release their new album though.

I'm also not as quick to criticise linkin parks new stuff (mainly the songs where they feature, or others feature on a track), I really like Mike Shinoda though. Keen to see if Fort Minor release a new album after they suddenly released that new single.
