People still pirate games? The amount of games that are released with big bugs that need patches makes cracked games a pain in the ass as you have to recrack them etc. Games are so readily available to download and store forever at mostly reasonable prices it seems totally pointless unless your gamer tag is xX420BlazeItXx and you are impoverished.

This coming from a guy who only started using steam like 2.5 years ago after pirating everything beforehand.

100m will run in a few mins

Usain bolt is such a likeable athlete. Always smiling, always cheery , always competitive , great athlete.

Then there was that incident where the camera man ran him over. Could have injured bolt, caught him by surprise , most people and most athletes would have lost their shit at the camera man. Bolt just smiles and shrugs it off, then shakes the guys hand. Avsolute legend

Outside of not being povo anymore, bugs were the piracy killer for me, too. Bloody smart of the developers if it has been a cunning plan all along.

Then there's Denuvo, which has been the biggest thorn since StarForce first came out.

Probably rotational basis with all teams.

The lady who had been the only Russian cleared to compete in the athletics and was then banned anyway has now had that ban overturned on appeal. I wonder if she'll get the same treatment from the crowd as Justin Gatlin did, or whether she will receive a more 'sympathetic' reception...

I wonder how she got her ban overturned?

I heard her condemning "the corrupt Russian system" the other day, claiming that as she trains (and gets tested) in America that she's not part of that regime. That's apparently why she was given the original exemption, but some 'unspecified information' came to the attention of the IAAF, leading to their overturning her exemption. Now CAS has determined that despite this unspecified information, her permanent residence outside Russia is good enough for them to overturn the ban :drunk:

I dare say she will need to continue her permanent residence outside Russia. Anyone willing to offer her asylum?

She didn't really mean to cheat. Play on.
