I still get a few giggles out of it. I like American Dad's approach more.

When I first came to Adelaide it should have been known as Pizza Hutadelaide. Nowadays it should be known as McAdelaide.
The popularity of junk food down there is incredible.

Pizza Hut was big due to liquor licensing rules which limited the serving of alcohol on Sundays with meals.

The average bloke could feed a family cheaply, give the wife the night off cooking, keep the kids happy and get a beer.

I don't really watch any TV these days. This American Dad show, is it of the same high quality as Major Dad?

I still get a few giggles out of it. I like American Dad's approach more.

I've watched around 30 episodes of Family Guy, given it way too many chances, but that show is good for one laugh per episode max. It's a horribly unfunny show. There is no real story, just situations for someone to talk about a random flashback.

American Dad takes that one laugh per episode moment and turns it into a decent show. It's about one hundred and forty times better.

You should man. You should watch Bun(N)heads on Fox 8. It's about a dancer who is working in Vegas and she marries some dude and they go move back to his hometown in the middle of Bum*** Nowhere and anyway he lives with his mum who has a dance school and they have a party to welcome them to the town and they root but not in front of everyone and then he goes for a drive instead of having a smoke like most normal people after a session on the work bench and he dies and she is stuck now with the mother in law and the ex girlfriend who I didn't mention but she is there man in all her heartbroken glory and a town full of loonies and did I mention the dance school? I did, ok so there is a dance school full of kids that want to learn to dance and some are good but most suck so does she go back to Vegas or does she stay because he had already changed his will and left everything to her and now the mum is doubly pissed and hates her and then she met some other rich dude who is a recluse in the same town but she is still grieving cos she knew this other dude for sooooo long (like 3 weeks) but can she get all the kids to be good dancers at the dance school.....

It was so awesome that Fox took it off after 3 episodes.

Best three monday nights of my life.
