Reminds me of watching the Port/Carlton game a couple of weeks ago. 21 players put in excellent performances in a perfect storm of everyone playing well at once ... and then there was Ben Jacobs being an absolute spud as usual. Even Big Matty T got on board in that game, Jacobs!

He showed off all the Chaplin trademarks in the one game:

- hearing footsteps and spilling marks.
- punching uncontested marking opportunities.
- putting teammates under pressure through poor disposal.
- doing something good, then undoing it instantly.
- kicking directly to an opposition player in defense (see above point).

Absolutely spot on. There was an actual passage of play that involved Jacobs and Chaplin that was cringeworthy. Benny Hill music would've been appropriate !
